I wanted to take a few minutes and thank you for the time you spent with us consulting on our Silk-screening operation. You really have a very thorough knowledge of the entire Silk-screening process. You were able to walk us through screen making, reclaiming, machine set up and operation. The written instructions you provided us have been saved for future use. You gave us a very good report on things we could do to improve our entire process. From your report we created a Project List of items that we worked on. I am happy to report that we have implemented those items and we are seeing very good progress.

Since you have been here I have recommended you others who are looking for a Silk-screen consultant.. I would also recommend you to others in the future. You have a very good understanding of the entire process and were able to provide us with many suggestions to improve our process. I would not hesitate to call on your services again in the future.

To Whom It May Concern:

We have purchased many pieces of equipment, parts and tooling fixtures from John Ragland for over 8 years now, and it has been nothing but pleasurable. We purchased a Ragland laser-eye 3-d color press for cups several years ago and we purchased a second Ragland laser-eye 3-d press a year later and we have been extremely happy with both of them. We have never had any problems with either of them and they are very easy to set up and clean up. The laser light makes printing very tight multi-color registration artwork on cups a piece of cake.

We also purchased two Ragland rotary flaming tables and they have provided many years of excellent trouble-free service. The flaming tables provide a very efficient means for flame-treating our polyethylene cups for ink adhesion.

John has always been extremely helpful and if it was a part we needed, he's always quick to get it to us or to put us in touch with someone who could. John is someone who knows his business and that is refreshing. He answers all our questions with courtesy and competence. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Dear John,

Just wanted to take a minute to thank you and Roger for the tech support on the flat printer. As you know we have had zero down time on the machine. (Pretty good for 5 years and over 700,000 parts). So the trouble- shooting on our part was a new experience and helped us gain a better understanding of the test procedures for any future need.
