Dear John,

Just wanted to take a minute to thank you and Roger for the tech support on the flat printer. As you know we have had zero down time on the machine. (Pretty good for 5 years and over 700,000 parts). So the trouble- shooting on our part was a new experience and helped us gain a better understanding of the test procedures for any future need.
